Look who’s featured in ‘This Month’s Women in Biz All Around WordPress’ article written by The Blogging 911

Confused?

Here’s a clue: This Month’s Women in Biz …

I’m tickled pink. And grateful for the distraction.

You see, I’m supposed to be at the Erma Bombeck Writer’s Workshop in Dayton, Ohio this weekend.

Erma Bombeck's Legacy

Unfortunately, the workshop has been postponed until October.

The Blogging 911 is the one stop WordPress shop for the emerging entrepreneur. The company is run by Rena McDaniel and it handles WordPress website design and maintenance as well as project management and consulting. Rena is my website manager. She’s an absolute godsend. In fact, she’s helping me out today with a ticklish problem that I’m currently experiencing. Toss in the social distancing and all that is the COVID19 delight and well … in the words of our Francine, “I’d be going around the twist” without Rena.

I’ve recommended her website services to many and everyone has been delighted.

The “Women In Biz All Around WordPress” feature runs the first Sunday of every month and spotlights “amazing women and the ways in which they have used WordPress to spread their message, sell their products, or provide valuable services.” And the purpose is ” … to inspire other midlife women to build their online businesses and find what we’re all looking for; financial freedom, a lifestyle they love, and excitement they may have been missing!”

Have a gander at April’s article.

    1. How wonderful. Nice to “meet” you. Rena is a godsend, no? Am I right in thinking that you’re also a pal of the glorious Preppy Empty Nester? I think I’ve seen your delightful comments over there. I’ll certainly follow you and I look forward to learning about you as well.

    1. Thank you, Rose. I am loving your Insta posts. Stay well and enjoy those walks with WGA.

    1. Thank you so very much, Jane. I am pressing the fast forward button to the speed up our return to pottery 101 and our delightful field trips. Hope, hope, hope it works.

  4. Yay, Kelly! And thanks for the lead on Rena. WordPress usually scares me when it breaks so I’m filling away her name for the next time.

Her interview captured your humor and warmth. Can’t wait for you to launch your book into the world–and meet you IRL at Erma in October.

    1. Rena is an absolute godsend, Katy. She’s very calm and I’ve yet to come across something that fazes her. As for Erma, I really hope that it is open and on for us. I am crossing everything possible. In the meantime, I’m squirreling away on the book. Tightening and restructuring.I’m determined that it will happen and thank you for your endless encouragement.
