Welcome to Round Two of improving diplomatic relations between the U.S. and Canada!
Brought to you by the wonders of Experienced Bad Mom and Just TypiKel.
Our first go round of the tongue in cheek earnest and sincere series of Questions Concerning Canadians and Questions Concerning Americans was such a success that we’ve decided to skewer play again.
Today it’s all about the money. Canadian money.
“Do Canadians pay tax?”
might very well be one of the questions.
Or not.
I’m going on a road trip and inviting you to join me. Come along! It won’t cost us a dime.

So funny! I think Canadian currency is brilliant – no pennies, and I love loonies and toonies instead of dollar bills. Very entertaining post Kelly!
Kelly says
Thanks Lana. Your comment made my day. Truly.
Katy @ Experienced Bad Mom says
Kelly makes me laugh. Only she could make Canadian currency hilarious!
Kelly says
Aw thanks Katy. And yes, I’m working on my set of questions for you!
Mo says
Heading over now. Sincere thanks to you and Katy for this valuable series. I see a Diplomatic Exchange Program and possibly a Nobel Peace Prize in your futures.
Kelly says
Golly. I’d better start looking for my shoes. NOW.
Katy @ Experienced Bad Mom says
Mo, in our last round I keep tweeting the American Ambassador to Canada and his wife to come read our diplomatic exchanges. Well, they either get soooo many tweets that they couldn’t spare the time – or Kelly and I are on the stalker/do not reply list!
Deborah Weber says
Hilarious.
Kelly says
Thank yo for reading, Deborah. Hope it all made cents…
Katy @ Experienced Bad Mom says
One words says so much. 🙂

I absolutely love this series you have done. As a Canadian-American, I chuckle from both view-points! Canadian money is different now than when I lived there. My first impression when I visit, is that it is really almost too pretty to spend. Sadly, that thought doesn’t last too long 🙂
Kelly says
Grinning here over your clever last line. I suffer from the same problem, Susan. My money and I are soon parted …
